After her own hard work of diet and exercise, this young lady lost a significant amount of weight. This left her with some sagging in her skin and loss of volume in her face. Despite her young age, she underwent a lower face and neck lift with fat grafting to tighten up the skin that had loosened from her weightloss and restore the volume in her cheeks.
