1. EAT YOUR FRUITS & VEGGIES

2. EAT GOOD FATS – YES, GOOD FATS
Although fat-free diets are often thought to be a good thing, many people often come out with dehydrated skin because of the lack of fat in their diet. Fat is a structural part of your skin and needs to be a part of your diet to replenish healthy skin cells. Healthy fats can also help you to absorb antioxidants more easily. Some good sources are extra virgin olive oil, avocado, nuts, and seeds.
3. AVOID DIURETICS
Drinks like coffee and soda can dehydrate your skin while alcohol consumption tends to lead to water retention which can cause your face to bloat. Many people have been substituting coffee with tea and when drinking alcohol, it is important to drink plenty of water.
